I'm called MarkGyver because I am resourceful, I thrive on creating solutions to problems with limited resources. My 'outside the box' approach to problem resolution has served myself and my clients well. The consumate idea man, I tend to have the best results when I am working with a team to build upon the idea at hand. While I am able to work alone or with a team, I tend to prefer a team environment, my management style depends upon building team continuity and helping those I work with to attain greater results through increasing their pride and accountability towards the effort at hand.
